Hot Toddy with Brandied Cherries

1 orange, sliced into ⅛-inch-thick rounds

1 lemon, sliced into ⅛-inch-thick rounds

1 bag cherries, pitted
+
1 cup brandy
+
3 whole cloves
+
1 whole star anise
For Each Cocktail

2 tablespoons honey
+
1½ ounces brandy or cognac
+
Cinnamon stick

2 cups mozzarella, shredded

Directions
STEP 1
Lay the sliced oranges and lemons in a single layer between the COSORI Food Dehydrator trays.
STEP 2
Line another food dehydrator tray with parchment paper and arrange the cherries on it.
STEP 3
Insert the trays into the food dehydrator.
STEP 4
Set temperature to 135°F and time to 8 hours, then press Start/Stop.
STEP 5
Remove the fruit when done and let cool to room temperature.
STEP 6
Place the cherries into a container with the brandy, cloves, and star anise and let soak overnight.
STEP 7
Place 2 dehydrated lemon wheels, 2 of the brandied cherries, 2 tablespoons of honey, and 1½ ounces of brandy into the bottom of a mug, then fill with boiling water. Stir to combine, then serve with a dehydrated orange wheel and cinnamon stick for garnish.
STEP 13
Remove the lasagna when done and garnish with basil, then serve.
STEP 14
Remove the empanadas when done and brush again lightly with the egg wash for shine while they are still very hot, then serve with the chimichurri on the side.
