Dark red strawberries with bright green tops are best suited for this recipe.

Yogurt Drizzle

Instructions

  1. Mix old fashioned oats, all-purpose flour, light brown sugar, and salt into a bowl. 
  2. Stir in melted butter until mixture has thickened. 
  3. Reserve ½ cup of this mixture and set aside. 
  4. Coat pan lightly with cooking oil spray and place parchment round inside the pan. 
  5. Place oat mixture into the pan, smooth into an even layer, and press down. 
  6. Toss strawberries in cornstarch, sugar, and lemon juice. 
  7. Spread the strawberries on top of the crust. 
  8. Sprinkle on the reserved oat mixture on top of the strawberries. 
  9. Cover tightly with aluminum foil. 
  10. Place the crisper plate into the air fryer basket. 
  11. Select the Air Fry function, adjust temperature to 230°C and time to 6 minutes, then tap Start/Pause to preheat. 
  12. Place the pan onto the preheated crisper plate. 
  13. Select the Bake function, adjust temperature to 175°F and time to 38 minutes, then tap Start/Pause.  
  14. Remove foil from the pan during the last 10 minutes of cooking. 
  15. Remove when done and let cool for 20 minutes.  
  16. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to make slicing easier. 
  17. Whisk together yogurt drizzle ingredients. 
  18. Release the walls of the pan and slice into 8 wedges. 
  19. Drizzle yogurt icing on top and serve. 

Chef Notes: These bars can be stored in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.Letcome to room temperature and consume.
