Instructions

MAKING AIR FRYER CORN BREAD

  1. Place the crisper plate into the air fryer basket.
  2. Select the Preheat function, adjust temperature to 300°F, then tap Start/Pause
  3. Whisk the egg, yogurt, milk, honey, and butter in a medium bowl until combined.
  4. Add the baking powder and salt and whisk to combine.
  5. Fold in the flour and cornmeal until just combined, making sure not to overmix. Lumps are okay.
  6. Spray the baking dish with avocado oil spray, then add the batter to the dish.
  7. Place baking dish onto the preheated crisper plate.
  8. Select the Bake function, adjust temperature to 300°F, then tap Start/Pause
  9. Remove cornbread when a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow cornbread to cool for 15 minutes, then slice and serve.

Chef Notes: This cornbread is delicious when served warm on its own or with a drizzle of honey and a pat of butter.
