Instructions

  1. Set mode to Sauté, adjust time to 25 and tap Start 
  2. Add oil, onion and ½ teaspoon salt into the inner pot of the Cosori Rice Cooker and sauté for 4 minutes 
  3. Add garlic into the inner pot of the Cosori Rice Cooker and sauté for 1 minutes 
  4. Add chili powder and cumin into the inner pot of the Cosori Rice Cooker and sauté for 1 minutes 
  5. Add fideo pasta into the inner pot of the Cosori Rice Cooker and sauté for 1 minutes 
  6. Add chicken broth and remaining salt into the inner pot of the Cosori Rice Cooker and cook for the remainder of the time or until pasta is al dente.  
  7. Make sure to close the lid after adding to allow the broth get to boil quicker and occasionally stir. 
  8. Remove when done, seasoned to taste and serve while it is hot. 

Chef Notes: Best while served hot.
