MAKING CRANBERRY GLAZED HAM
1. Mix all ingredients except the ham and ⅛ cup of bourbon into a medium saucepan and cook on medium-low heat until the cranberries have all broken down.
2. Blend the cranberry mixture with a hand blender until smooth, then place into a bowl and refrigerate.
3. Score ham diagonally to create a cross pattern.
4. Remove the crisper plate from the air fryer basket, cover the ham in foil, and place the ham directly into the basket.
5. Select the Bake function, adjust temperature to 350°F and time to 60 minutes, then tap Start/Pause.
6. Flip ham carefully, select the Bake function, adjust temperature to 350°F and time to 15 minutes, then tap Start/Pause.
7. Unwrap the ham from foil carefully, then brush with glaze.
8. Select the Air Fry function, adjust temperature to 350°F and time to 15 minutes, then tap Start/Pause.
9. Remove the basket after 5 minutes and brush ham with glaze, then place back into the air fryer. Repeat every 5 minutes until cooking time is up.
10. Cool ham for 15 minutes, brush with glaze and remaining bourbon, then serve.
