Instructions

Cooking the Salmon

  1. Place the crisper plate into the COSORI Air Fryer basket. 
  2. Select the Preheat function and tap Start/Pause
  3. Place the frozen salmon fillets skin-side down onto the preheated crisper plate.  
  4. Select the Air Fry function, adjust time to 7 minutes, then tap Start/Pause
  5. Spray the tops of the fillets with olive oil spray, then season with salt and pepper. 
  6. Select the Air Fry function, adjust time to 6 minutes for thinner fillets or 8 minutes for thicker fillets, then tap Start/Pause.  
  7. Remove the salmon when it is golden brown on top and it easily starts to flake apart, then serve with lemon wedges.  

Chef Notes: The total cook time will depend on the thickness of the salmon. The best way to determine when the salmon is done is by checking the internal temperature with a food thermometer until it reaches 140–145°F.
