How to Pick Chicken Breast

Pick fresh chicken breast by choosing plump, pale pink meat with white fat, avoiding gray, yellowing, or bruised pieces.

Instructions

  1. Set Mode to Sauté, adjust time to 30 minutes and tap Start  
  2. Add butter, onion, and 1/2 teaspoon salt into the inner pot of the Cosori Rice Cooker and cook for 5 minutes 
  3. Add ginger and garlic into the inner pot of the Cosori Rice Cooker and cook for 5 minutes 
  4. Add tomato paste into the inner pot of the Cosori Rice Cooker and cook for 1 minute 
  5. Add paprika, cayenne, garam masala, cumin, coriander, 1 teaspoon salt, chicken bouillon (if used) and pepper into the inner pot of the Cosori Rice Cooker and cook for 1 minute 
  6. Add tomato and water into the inner pot of the Cosori Rice Cooker and cook for 1 minute 
  7. Add cube chicken breast into the inner pot of the Cosori Rice Cooker and cook for the remainder of cooking time. Make sure to stir occasionally. 
  8. Remove when done or chicken reaches 165F, seasoned to taste, dollop your preferred amount of yogurt and serve. 

Chef Notes: Best while served hot or warm
