A Sweet & Savory Combination

Turn everyday ingredients into a gourmet dish in just minutes. These succulent pork chops are marinated in a blend of honey and mustard, then air fried to create a golden caramelized crust. The exciting combination of tangy and sweet flavors plus the short cooking time make these pork chops an easy way to elevate busy weeknight dinners. Serve them alongside your favorite sides for a satisfying and unforgettable meal.

How to Pick Pork Chops:

Marbling: If you are buying lean pork chops or tenderloin, look for even marbling. There should be fine white specks and lines running through the pink muscle, like a marble stone.

Color: Pork chops should have a pinkish-red color. If the pork is starting to turn gray, develop spots, or the fat looks yellowish, it may have gone bad.

What to serve with Honey Mustard Pork Chops?

A five-star entrée deserves the best sides:

Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts, Air Fryer Chili Crisp Roasted Potatoes, or Zesty Lemon Air Fryer Asparagus

Instructions

PREPPING THE PORK CHOPS

  1. Place the crisper plate into the COSORI Air Fryer basket.
  2. Select the Preheat function, adjust temperature to 450°F, then tap Start/Pause.
  3. Combine the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in a small bowl.
  4. Spray both sides of the pork chops with olive oil spray, then season both sides with the spice mixture.

COOKING THE PORK CHOPS

  1. Place the pork chops onto the preheated crisper plate.
  2. Select the Broil function, adjust time to 6 minutes, then tap Start/Pause
  3. Flip the pork chops halfway through cooking.
  4. Mix the honey, both mustards, and cinnamon together in a small bowl.
  5. Brush both sides of pork chops with the honey mustard when the timer goes off.
  6. Select the Broil function, adjust time to 3 minutes, then tap Start/Pause.
  7. Remove the pork chops when the honey mustard is starting to caramelize on top.
  8. Allow the pork chops to rest for 5 minutes, then serve with more honey mustard.

Chef Notes: The best way to ensure your pork is done is to check it with a food thermometer. The internal temperature should read 140–145°F. The honey mustard glaze adds the perfect amount of sweetness and tang that elevates the flavor of pork and gets dinner on the table in less than 15 minutes.
