Instructions

  1. Blend the ingredients for the green onion dressing and chill in refrigerator while you prepare the rest of the recipe. 
  2. Place the crisper plate into the air fryer basket. 
  3. Select the Air Fry function, adjust temperature to 450°F and set time to 5 minutes, then tap Start/Pause.  
  4. Pat the salmon fillets dry and coat both sides with oil spray. 
  5. Season both fillets with salt and pepper. 
  6. Place salmon flesh side down onto the preheated crisper plate. 
  7. Select the Air Fry function, adjust temperature to 425°F and set time to 10 minutes, then tap Start/Pause
  8. Flip when there are 2 minutes of cooking time remaining. 
  9. Remove when done and let cool. 
  10. Mix purple cabbage, napa cabbage, jicama, cilantro, radish, optional mint, and green onions. 
  11. Remove skin if desired and flake off large chunks of salmon then place on top of salad. Drizzle 1 to 2 tablespoons of dressing on top. Serve immediately.
