MAKING BRAISED SHORT RIBS
1. Season short ribs with salt and pepper, then coat with ¼ cup flour.
2. Remove the crisper plate from the air fryer basket.
3. Select the Preheat function, adjust temperature to 450°F, then tap Start/Pause.
4. Place short ribs directly into the preheated basket and brush with olive oil.
5. Select the Air Fry function, adjust time to 5 minutes and temperature to 450°F, then tap Start/Pause.
6. Dissolve tomato paste into beef stock and pour beef stock followed by red wine into the basket with the short ribs.
7. Place remaining ingredients into the basket and ensure the short rib is bone-side up.
8. Select the Bake function, adjust temperature to 360°F and time to 60 minutes, then tap Start/Pause.
9. Flip short ribs onto their sides and place the basket back into the air fryer.
10. Select the Bake function, adjust time to 60 minutes, then tap Start/Pause.
11. Flip the short ribs halfway through cooking. After cooking until the timer finishes, flip ribs once more.
12. Select the Bake function, adjust temperature to 380°F and time to 60 minutes, then tap Start/Pause.
13. Flip every 15 minutes to ensure browning on every side of the ribs
14. Remove the ribs when done and serve.
