How to Pick Turkey Bacon:

Select turkey bacon that has the least amount of fillers. This will provide better texture once crisp. 

Ingredient Swaps:

You can swap turkey bacon with a plant-based bacon or even regular bacon.

Avocados are rich in monounsaturated fats and fiber, which may help support satiety, balanced blood sugar, and the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins.

Avocado dressing

Instructions

  1. Add the ingredients of the avocado dressing into the cup of the blender. Blend until smooth then set in the refrigerator to chill while you prepare the rest of the ingredients. 
  2. Place crisper plate into the air fryer. 
  3. Select Air Fry function and adjust temperature to 400°F then press Start/Pause. 
  4. Place turkey bacon into the preheated air fryer basket. 
  5. Select Air Fry function, adjust temperature to 400°F and set time to 10 minutes then press Start/Pause. 
  6. Flip halfway through cooking. 
  7. Remove when done and set aside to cool. 
  8. Chop the turkey bacon into bite size pieces. 
  9. Assemble by adding all the ingredients into the bowl and toss with avocado dressing. Serve immediately. v

Chef Notes: If you are using this recipe for meal prepping, you can assemble everything but keep the dressing on the side. Coat in dressing before eating. 

Iconic Time/Temp: Preheat 400°F, Air Fry 390°F 10 minutes.
