Instructions

  1. Set Mode to Sauté, adjust time to 25 minutes, and tap Start
  2. Add oil and potato into the inner pot of the rice cooker and cook for 15 minutes. Don’t stir too often. Let the potato get some color. 
  3. Add chorizo into the inner pot of the rice cooker. Cook for the remainder of the cooking time. 
  4. Remove when done, season to taste, and serve while hot. 

Chef Notes: Best while served hot or warm.
