Feel free to omit the walnuts if you have a nut allergy. You can also add crumbled feta on top for extra flavor!

Instructions

COOKING GREEN BEANS

  1. Place the crisper plate into the air fryer basket. 
  2. Select the Preheat function, adjust temperature to 425°F, then tap Start/Pause
  3. Place the green beans onto the preheated crisper plate, then spray with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. 
  4. Select the Air Fry function, adjust temperature to 425°F and time to 7 minutes, then tap Start/Pause
  5. Whisk together the maple syrup, extra-virgin olive oil, Dijon mustard, shallot, garlic, black pepper, and a pinch of kosher salt until well combined. 
  6. Remove green beans when done and immediately toss with the maple vinaigrette. 
  7. Garnish with walnuts, then serve.
