Instructions

  1. Set mode to Sauté, adjust time to 20 and tap Start 
  2. Sear the ribs for 5 minutes on one side and set aside. Do this in batches then tap Cancel when done. 
  3. Set mode to Sauté, adjust time to 15 and tap Start 
  4. Add carrots, onion, celery and 1salt into the inner pot of the Cosori Rice Cooker. 
  5. Sautee the mixture for 10 minutes. 
  6. Add garlic into the inner pot of the Cosori Rice Cooker and Sauté for 1 minute 
  7. Add tomato paste into the inner pot of the Cosori Rice Cooker and Sautee for the remainder of the time. 
  8. Add the remaining ingredients into the inner pot and place the sear short rib back into the liquid 
  9. Set mode to Slow Cook , adjust time to 4 hours and tap Start 
  10. Remove when done, seasoned to taste and serve while it is hot.
