Instructions

  1. Remove the sea bass fillets from the refrigerator 15 minutes prior to cooking and season them lightly with salt.  
  2. Combine the coconut milk, brown sugar, miso, soy sauce, mirin, lime zest, lime juice, ginger, and green onion in a small saucepan over medium heat and bring to a simmer, then turn to low heat.    
  3. Whisk the sauce until the miso is smooth and cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until slightly thickened, then remove from the heat. Reserve half of the sauce in a separate bowl for serving.  
  4. Place the crisper plate into the air fryer basket. 
  5. Select the Air Fry function, adjust temperature to 375°F and time to 4 minutes, then tap Start/Pause to preheat. 
  6. Coat the preheated crisper plate with avocado oil spray, then add in the sea bass fillets.  
  7. Select Air Fry function, adjust temperature to 375°F and time to 4 minutes, then tap Start/Pause. 
  8. Brush the sea bass with a thin layer of the miso-lime sauce.  
  9. Select the Air Fry function, adjust temperature to 450°F and time to 4 minutes, then tap Start/Pause. 
  10. Remove sea bass when caramelized on top, then garnish with green onions and serve with remaining miso-lime sauce.
