PREPARE THE BATTER: 

  1. Whisk together the eggs, almond milk, avocado oil, date syrup, and vanilla extract in a medium bowl until the date syrup has dissolved.
  2. Fold in almond flour, chocolate chips, baking powder, and salt until there are no more dry spots visible.
  3. Spray muffin cups lightly with oil spray, then fill each cup a little less than halfway with batter, about 3 tablespoons.

BAKE THEM: 

  1. Place the crisper plate into the air fryer basket.
  2. Select the Preheat function, adjust temperature to 400°F, then tap Start/Pause.
  3. Place 6 muffin cups onto the preheated crisper plate. You may need to bake the muffins in batches.
  4. Select the Bake function, adjust temperature to 325°F and time to 9 minutes, then tap Start/Pause.
  5. Remove when done and let cool for 5 minutes. Remove from the muffin cups and serve warm.
