Instructions

Make the Filling 

  1. Heat the pan over medium high heat.  
  2. Add 2 tablespoons of butter to pan and allow it to melt.  
  3. Add the mushrooms and stir to coat in butter. Add ½ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon black pepper. Sauté for 4 minutes, then transfer to a plate.  
  4. Add the remaining butter to the same pan and allow it to melt. 
  5. Add the green onions and garlic, then sauté for 3 minutes. Add the remaining salt and pepper, and the chopped parsley. 
  6. Pour in the white wine and cook for 2 minutes or until most of the wine has evaporated. Turn off the heat. 

Stuff the Mushrooms 

  1. Spoon 1 teaspoon of the mixture into the cavity of each mushroom.  
  2. Top each mushroom with 1 piece of brie. 

Cook the Mushrooms 

  1. Place the crisper plate into the air fryer basket. 
  2. Select the Preheat function, adjust temperature to 350°F, then tap Start/Pause
  3. Place the stuffed mushrooms onto the preheated crisper plate. 
  4. Select the Air Fry function on your Cosori Air Fryer, adjust temperature to 350°F and time to 7 minutes, then tap Start/Pause
  5. Remove when cheese is melted and mushrooms are golden. 
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley, then serve.
