Honey-Glazed Pork Chops With Mango-Avocado Salsa

These exquisite honey-glazed pork chops paired with an irresistibly tangy mango-avocado salsa are bursting with flavor.

Instructions

  1. Stir all the mango-avocado salsa ingredients together in a bowl, cover, and store in the refrigerator.  
  2. Place the crisper plate into the air fryer basket.  
  3. Select the Air Fry function, adjust temperature to 450°F and time to 4 minutes, then tap Start/Pause to preheat. 
  4. Stir the smoked paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Season the pork chops on both sides with the spice mixture.  
  5. Place pork chops onto the preheated crisper plate, then spray with olive oil.   
  6. Select the Air Fry function, adjust temperature to 450°F and time to 6 minutes, then tap Start/Pause.  
  7. Flip pork chops over and brush with half of the honey.  
  8. Select the Air Fry function, adjust temperature to 450°F and time to 2 minutes, then tap Start/Pause.  
  9. Flip pork chops over, then brush with the remaining honey.  
  10. Select the Air Fry function, adjust temperature to 450°F and time to 2 minutes, then tap Start/Pause.  
  11. Remove pork chops when caramelized and golden brown. Allow pork chops to rest for 5 minutes, then serve with mango-avocado salsa.
