Salmon is known for being a quick and easy fish to fry, but it’s about to reach its full potential. Served with cauliflower rice, tender bell peppers and onions, this recipe is ideal for anyone who loves a unique twist on traditional foods.

Instructions

  1. Place the crisper plate into the air fryer basket.  
  2. Select the Air Fry function at 385°F, adjust time to 4 minutes, then tap Start/Pause to preheat.  
  3. Whisk together the lime juice, garlic, cilantro, olive oil, honey, cumin, red chili flakes, and salt in a small bowl. Reserve half in a separate bowl.   
  4. Brush salmon fillets with half of the chili-lime mixture, then carefully place onto the preheated crisper plate.  
  5. Select the Air Fry function at 400°F, adjust time to 6 minutes, then tap Start/Pause.  
  6. Remove salmon when golden brown and caramelized on top, then set aside to rest.  
  7. Toss the bell peppers and onion slices with the reserved chili-lime mixture, then place onto the crisper plate.  
  8. Select the Air Fry function, adjust temperature to 400°F and time to 10 minutes, then tap Start/Pause.  
  9. Remove vegetables when crisp-tender. Serve salmon and veggies on top of cauliflower rice.
