How To Pick Apples

Pick firm, crisp apple varieties that hold their shape, such as Granny Smith, Cosmic Crisp, Honeycrisp, Pink Lady, or Braeburn. Choose a mix of sweet and tart to balance flavor, and avoid soft varieties that turn to mush, like Red Delicious.

Ingredient Swaps

Swap milk with lactose-free or nondairy milk if lactose-intolerant
