Instructions

  1. Mix all the seasoning ingredients and set aside. 
  2. Season the short ribs so there is an even coating. 
  3. Insert the crisper plate into the air fryer basket.  
  4. Place the short ribs onto the crisper plate. 
  5. Select the Air Fry function, adjust temperature to 320°F and time to 45 minutes, then tap Start/Pause
  6. Wrap the short ribs in foil and place them back into the air fryer basket. 
  7. Select the Air Fry function, adjust temperature to 320°F and time to 30 minutes, then tap Start/Pause
  8. Cut the short ribs into pieces for taco construction. 
  9. Construct tacos with the remaining ingredients and serve.  

Chef Notes: Slice short ribs thinner foraneasier chew.
