Ingredient Swaps

If you cannot find cannellini beans, great northern beans can be a great substitute.

Instructions

  1. Place the crisper plate into the air fryer basket, then place parchment paper onto the crisper plate. 
  2. Coat parchment paper with oil spray and add in the garlic. Spread out the garlic so it does not overlap. Coat garlic with oil spray. 
  3. Select the Bake function, adjust temperature to 325°F and time to 10 minutes, then tap Start/Pause. 
  4. Stir halfway through. 
  5. Remove when done and let fully cool. 
  6. Add beans, yogurt, lemon juice, extra-virgin olive oil, lemon zest, salt, and pepper into a food processor. Pulse until smooth, then fold in the basil. 
  7. Assemble by pouring dip into a bowl and topping with crispy garlic. Drizzle with the optional chili oil. Serve with crackers and/or fresh vegetables. 

Chef Notes: Folding in the basil will help prevent the basil from bruising and keep it fresh.
