Instructions

Crispy Prosciutto 

  1. Place the crisper plate into the air fryer basket. 
  2. Select the Air Fry function, adjust the temperature to 400°F and time to 4 minutes, then tap Start/Pause to preheat. 
  3. Place the prosciutto slices onto the preheated crisper plate. 
  4. Select the Air Fry function, adjust the temperature to 350°F and time to 5 minutes, then tap Start/Pause
  5. Remove prosciutto when crispy, then remove and allow to cool.  

Toast 

  1. Brush the bread with 1 tablespoon of olive oil then place onto the crisper plate. 
  2. Select the Air Fry function, adjust the temperature to 400F and time to 4 minutes, then tap Start/Pause
  3. Remove bread when toasted to your liking.  

Pea Mixture 

  1. Place the peas, remaining olive oil, lemon zest, salt, and pepper in a food processor or narrow bowl if using an immersion blender. Pulse until broken down but still chunky. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. 

Assemble 

  1. Top the toasted bread with ricotta, then top with pea mixture. Crumble the prosciutto into large pieces, then place on top. Garnish with fresh mint, then serve.
