How to Pick Frozen Veggies

Make sure you avoid veggies that show signs of freezer burn such as ice crystals or clumping. This may mean they have been thawed and refrozen. If you can see inside the package, look for freezer burn.

Instructions

COOKING THE VEGETABLES

  1. Place the crisper plate into the COSORI Air Fryer basket. 
  2. Select the Preheat function and tap Start/Pause
  3. Place the frozen veggies onto the preheated crisper plate. 
  4. Select the Air Fry function, adjust time to 5 minutes, then tap Start/Pause
  5. Spray the veggies with olive oil spray, then season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and grated Parmesan, if using. Stir to combine. 
  6. Select the Air Fry function, adjust time to 5 minutes, then tap Start/Pause
  7. Remove the veggies when golden brown and crisp-tender, then serve. 

Chef Notes: This recipe works for most frozen vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, green beans, squash, and corn.
