How To Pick Pork

When picking pork loin for a dog, select fresh, lean, boneless, and untrimmed pork loin or tenderloin (avoiding high-fat chops) with a bright, pinkish-red color and little marbling.

Ingredient Swaps

Swap pork loin with pork tenderloin or chicken thighs. Just note you will need to reduce the cook time.
