Instructions

Prepping

  1. Whisk together eggs, milk, kosher salt and ground black pepper.
  2. Fold in the stuffing, turkey, and vegetables. Let sit for 10 minutes to allow the egg mixture to absorb into the stuffing.
  3. Coat square pan with oil spray.
  4. Pour the mixture into the pan and smooth out the top.
  5. Cover pan tightly with aluminum foil.

Baking

  1. Place the crisper plate into the air fryer basket, then place the square pan onto the crisper plate.
  2. Select the Bake function, adjust temperature to 375°F and time to 42 minutes, then press Start/Pause.
  3. Remove foil for the last 15 minutes of cooking, and spray the top with oil spray.
  4. Remove when done and let stand for 10 minutes before serving.

Chef Notes:Letting the stuffing absorb the egg mixture will help keep the bread pudding moist.
