Tzatziki is a classic sauce or dip typically made with yogurt, cucumber, cheese, and herbs. Store-bought tzatziki often lacks the variety of fresh herbs and cucumbers that make the dip so iconic while also containing preservatives. This recipe uses simple, whole, fresh ingredients to ensure you get all the benefits of this staple.
