Instructions

Make the Salmon 

  1. Place the crisper plate into the air fryer basket. 
  2. Select the Air Fry function, adjust temperature to 400°F and time to 4 minutes, then tap Start/Pause to preheat. 
  3. Combine the garlic, orange juice, olive oil, orange zest, Dijon, honey, salt, and pepper in a small bowl, then spread over each salmon fillet.  
  4. Place the salmon onto the preheated crisper plate. 
  5. Select the Air Fry function, adjust the temperature to 380°F and time to 8 minutes, then tap Start/Pause
  6. Remove salmon when golden brown and cooked to your desired preference. 

Make the Fennel & Orange Salad 

  1. Peel the oranges, then cut into segments over a medium mixing bowl to catch any juices. Squeeze the remaining juice of the oranges into the bowl.  
  2. Add the fennel, red onion, olives, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine, then taste and adjust seasonings, if needed. 
  3. Serve salmon alongside fennel & orange salad.
