Ingredients

3 cups brussels sprouts, cut crosswise into ⅛-inch rounds 

+

½ teaspoon olive oil 

+

½ teaspoon kosher salt 

+

1 jar artichoke hearts in brine (14 ounces), chopped 

+

4 ounces cream cheese  

+

⅔ cup sour cream 

+

½ cup mayonnaise 

+

4 garlic cloves, grated 

+

1 lemon, juiced 

+

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper 

+

1 cup Monterey Jack, freshly shredded 

+

1 cup low-moisture mozzarella, freshly shredded 

+

1½ teaspoons kosher salt, plus more to taste 

+

1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 

+

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese 

+

Tortilla chips, baguette slices, cut vegetables, or crackers, for serving

7 x 7-inch baking dish or 7-inch-diameter round baking dish 

+

1 lemon, juiced 

+

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper 

+

1 cup Monterey Jack, freshly shredded 

+

1 cup low-moisture mozzarella, freshly shredded 

+

1½ teaspoons kosher salt, plus more to taste 

+

1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 

+

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese 

+

Tortilla chips, baguette slices, cut vegetables, or crackers, for serving

2 cups mozzarella, shredded 

+

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Directions

STEP 1

Select the Preheat function on the COSORI Air Fryer, adjust temperature to 390°F, then press Start/Pause. 

STEP 2

Toss the brussels sprouts, olive oil, and salt together in a medium bowl. 

STEP 3

Place the brussels sprouts into the preheated air fryer. 

STEP 4

Set temperature to 390°F and time to 10 minutes, then press Start/Pause. 

STEP 5

Shake the brussels sprouts halfway through cooking. 

STEP 6

Remove the brussels sprouts when done. 

STEP 7

Place the artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, and cayenne pepper into a medium saucepan over medium heat.  

STEP 8

Cook, stirring occasionally, until the cream cheese has melted. Stir in the Monterey Jack, mozzarella, salt, and pepper, then fold in the brussels sprouts. 

STEP 9

Pour the dip into a heatproof baking dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. 

STEP 10

Place the dip into the air fryer. 

STEP 11

Set temperature to 400°F and time to 3 minutes, then press Start/Pause. 

STEP 12

Remove the dip when done and serve with tortilla chips, baguette slices, cut vegetables, or crackers. 

STEP 13

 Remove the lasagna when done and garnish with basil, then serve.

STEP 14

Remove the empanadas when done and brush again lightly with the egg wash for shine while they are still very hot, then serve with the chimichurri on the side.
