Pumpkin Bread Pudding

1 cup milk

1 cup pumpkin puree

1 teaspoon vanilla

¼ teaspoon kosher salt

½ cup brown sugar
+
3 tablespoons granulated sugar

1 teaspoon nutmeg
+
½ teaspoon allspice
+
½ teaspoon cinnamon
+
¼ teaspoon ground cloves
+
2 eggs, beaten
+
½ loaf of bread (340 grams), cut into 2-inch cubes
+
½ cup dried cranberries
+
½ cup pecans
+
Powdered15 sugar, for garnish (optional)

Directions
STEP 1
Whisk the milk, pumpkin puree, vanilla, salt, both sugars, and all spices together in a large bowl until smooth.
STEP 2
Add in the eggs and whisk until fully incorporated.
STEP 3
Add the cubed bread to the mixture and let soak for 15 minutes. Then, stir in the dried cranberries and pecans.
STEP 4
Line the inner Cosori Air Fryer basket with parchment paper, being sure to cover all the sides of the basket.
STEP 5
Place the bread pudding into the air fryer basket.
STEP 6
Select the Bake function, adjust temperature to 320°F and time to 25 minutes, press Shake, then press Start/Pause.
STEP 7
Cover the bread pudding with foil halfway through cooking. The Shake Reminder will let you know when.
STEP 8
Remove the air fryer basket and let cool for 5 minutes before removing the bread pudding and transferring it to a serving dish.
STEP 9
Serve warm, garnished with powdered sugar if desired.
