Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting

+

¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

+

1 teaspoon kosher salt

+

6 tablespoons unsalted butter, cubed

+

8 ounces dark chocolate chips (70% cocoa), chopped

+

¾ cup white chocolate chips

+

4 large eggs

+

¾ cup granulated white sugar

+

10 ounces Guinness® Extra Stout Beer, flat and room-temperature

+

½ cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 square cake pan (8 x 8 inches)

Parchment paper

+

Electric hand mixer

Directions

STEP 1

Butter the sides of the cake pan and dust with flour.

STEP 2

Cut out a square piece of parchment paper fitted to the bottom of the pan and place inside.

STEP 3

Combine the flour, cocoa powder, and salt in a medium bowl and set aside.

STEP 4

Melt the butter, dark chocolate chips, and white chocolate chips in a double-boiler over low heat. Stir constantly until silky smooth, then remove from heat.

STEP 5

Whisk the eggs and sugar together using an electric hand mixer on high speed until pale and fluffy, about 3 minutes.

STEP 6

Temper the eggs by whisking in ⅓ of the chocolate mixture. Once fully combined, whisk in the rest of the chocolate.

STEP 7

Fold in the flour mixture to the chocolate mixture. Once combined, slowly whisk in the flat, room-temperature beer.

STEP 8

Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and top with mini semi-sweet chocolate chips.

STEP 9

Place only the cooking pot into the base of the Cosori Smart Indoor Grill.

STEP 10

Select the Bake function, adjust temperature to 375°F and time to 20 minutes, then press Start/Pause to preheat.

STEP 11

Place the brownie pan into the preheated cooking pot, then close the lid.

STEP 12

Remove the brownies when done, or until a skewer or cake tester comes out clean, then let the brownies cool to room temperature before slicing.

STEP 13

Serve warm.
