Step 1
Place the chicken, olive oil, paprika, oregano, thyme, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper into a resealable plastic bag and shake to mix. the bag into the refrigerator and marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight, if desired. -
Step 2
Place the crisper plate into the COSORI Air Fryer basket. -
Step 3
Select the Preheat function, adjust temperature to 425°F, then press Start/Pause. -
Step 4
Remove the chicken from the marinade and thread onto the skewers. -
Step 5
Place the skewers onto the preheated crisper plate. -
Step 6
Select the Roast function, adjust time to 9 minutes, then press Start/Pause. -
Step 7
Remove the skewers when done and serve alongside the pitas, tzatziki, sliced cucumbers, sliced red onions, and lemon wedges.
