Step 1
Pulse the panko breadcrumbs in a food processor several times until it is ground more finely, then transfer into a medium bowl and stir in the garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. -
Step 2
Set up a breading station with the rice flour in one bowl, the beaten eggs in a second bowl, and the panko mixture in the final bowl. -
Step 3
Dredge each piece of fish in the flour, followed by the beaten eggs, and finally the panko, shaking off any excess between each step. -
Step 4
Place the crisper plate into the COSORI Air Fryer basket. -
Step 5
Select the Preheat function, then press Start/Pause. -
Step 6
Spray the breaded fish all over with oil spray, then place the fish onto the preheated crisper plate. -
Step 7
Select the Air Fry function, adjust temperature to 400°F and time to 6 minutes, then press Start/Pause. -
Step 8
Remove the fish when done. -
Step 9
Build the tacos by placing a piece of fish onto a tortilla, followed by the mashed avocado, chopped cilantro, and a squeeze of lime, then serve

- ⅓ cup rice flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 20 ounces firm white fish (cod, haddock, or tilapia), cut into 1-inch-wide strips
- Oil spray
- 8 small corn tortillas, warmed, for serving
- 1 avocado, mashed, for serving
- 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped, for serving
- 1 lime, cut into 8 wedges, for serving.
