Instructions

MAKING SWEET POTATO FRIES

  1. Place the crisper plate into the air fryer basket. 
  2. Select the Preheat function, adjust temperature to 385°F, then tap Start/Pause. 
  3. Cut the sweet potato into ½-inch-thick fries, then place into a large bowl. Add the cornstarch and toss to combine. 
  4. Combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper in a bowl and mix until evenly distributed. 
  5. Add the cornstarch-coated sweet potatoes into the seasoned oil and toss to combine. 
  6. Place sweet potato fries evenly spaced apart onto the preheated crisper plate. 
  7. Select the Air Fry function, adjust time to 16 minutes, then tap Start/Pause. 
  8. Shake sweet potato fries halfway through cooking. 
  9. Remove fries when golden brown and crispy, then immediately toss with salt. Allow fries to cool for 2 to 5 minutes, then serve.
