Directions

  1. Step 1

    Whisk together the soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, honey, ginger, garlic, and red pepper flakes in a shallow dish.
  2. Step 2

    Remove ¼ of the marinade into a small dish and set aside. Place the salmon fillets top-side down into the shallow dish with the remaining marinade. Marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

    Spray the broccoli florets with olive oil spray, then season with salt and pepper.
  4. Step 4

    Stir together the mayonnaise, sriracha, and lime juice in a small bowl until combined, then set aside.

    Place the crisper plate into the COSORI Air Fryer basket.
  6. Step 6

    Select the Preheat function, adjust temperature to 385°F, then tap Start/Pause.
  7. Step 7

    Remove the salmon fillets from the marinade and place top-side up onto the preheated crisper plate. Scatter the broccoli florets around the salmon.

    Select the Air Fry function and tap Start/Pause.
  9. Step 9

    Remove the salmon and broccoli when done, then immediately glaze the tops with the remaining ¼ marinade using a basting brush.
  10. Step 10

    Place the cooked rice in the bottom of serving bowls, followed by the salmon and broccoli, edamame, cucumber, carrot, green onion, avocado, and cilantro. Drizzle with the spicy mayo and garnish with sesame seeds, then serve.
