Instructions

PREPPING THE SALMON

  1. Marinade the Salmon: Whisk together the soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, honey, ginger, garlic, and red pepper flakes in a shallow dish. Remove ¼ of the marinade and place into a small dish and set aside. Place the salmon fillets, top side down, into the shallow dish. Place in the refrigerator to marinade for 30 minutes.
  2. Prep the broccoli: Spray the broccoli florets with olive oil spray, then season with salt and pepper.
  3. Make the spicy mayo: Stir together the mayonnaise, sriracha, and lime juice in a small bowl until combined, then set aside.
  4. Place the crisper plate into the COSORI Air Fryer basket.
  5. Select the Preheat function, adjust temperature to 385F, then press Start/Pause.

COOKING THE SALMON

  1. Cook the salmon: Remove salmon fillets from the marinade and place top side up into the preheated crisper plate. Scatter the broccoli florets around the salmon.
  2. Select the Air Fry function, then press Start/Pause.
  3. Remove salmon and broccoli when done, then immediately glaze the tops with the remaining ¼ marinade.
  4. Assemble bliss bowls: Place cooked rice in the bottom of serving bowls, followed by salmon and broccoli, edamame, cucumber, carrot, green onion, avocado, cilantro, a drizzle of spicy mayo, and garnish with sesame seeds.
