Step 1
Toss the cut potato wedges with the neutral oil, sesame oil, and salt in a medium bowl until evenly coated.

Place the crisper plate into the COSORI Smart Air Fryer basket, then place the potato wedges onto the crisper plate.

Step 3
Select the Fries function and press Start/Pause.

Step 4
Combine all of thegarlic-scallion oil ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat and cook for 3—4 minutes or until simmering, then remove from heat.

Step 5
Pour the garlic scallion oil over the potato wedges.

Step 6
Select the Broil function, adjust time to 3 minutes, then press Start/Pause.

Step 7
Remove when done, season with kosher salt to taste, and serve warm.

- Potatoes:
- 3 russet potatoes, cut into 1-inch-thick wedges
- 1 tablespoon neutral-flavored oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt, plus more as needed
- Garlic-Scallion Oil:
- 4 garlic cloves, finely minced
- 2 scallions, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 3 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon neutral oil
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
