Directions

STEP 1

Cut the hen down the spine using a pair of poultry shears and press the breast bone so they lay flat, then flip over and cut down the breast bone so the hens are halved down the center. Pat them very dry with paper towels.

STEP 2

Combine all of the ingredients except for the hen halves in a medium bowl and whisk well. Reserve half of the mixture in a separate bowl to use as a dipping sauce. Add the hen halves to the remaining mixture and spread to cover with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 2 and a half hours.

STEP 3

Remove the hens from the refrigerator and allow to come to room temperature 30 minutes prior to grilling.

STEP 4

Place the cooking pot into the base of the Cosori Indoor Grill, followed by the grill grate.

STEP 5

Select the Air Grill function on medium heat, adjust time to 20 minutes, press Shake, then press Start/Pause to preheat.

STEP 6

Spray the grill grate with oil spray, then place the Cornish hen halves onto the preheated grill grate skin side down and close the lid to begin cooking.

STEP 7

Flip chicken over halfway through cooking. The Shake reminder will let you know when.

STEP 8

Remove the Cornish hens and allow them to rest for 5-10 minutes before serving with the reserved yogurt sauce on the side.
