    Mix the buffalo sauce and melted butter

    Add the sauce mixture to the shredded chicken and mozzarella and mix until well combined.

    Place one tablespoon of filling into the center of a wonton wrapper.
  4. Step 4

    Brush water on the edge of half the wrapper, then fold over one end to the other to resemble a triangular pocket. Repeat the wetting and folding process with the rest of the wrappers.

    Place the pockets onto a parchment-paper-lined plate and freeze for 25 minutes.

    Whisk together the eggs and buttermilk.

    Stir together the all-purpose flour, salt, ground black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, celery seeds, and dill.

    Dip the pockets into the egg wash, then dredge in the flour mixture.

    Place the crisper plate into the COSORI Air Fryer basket.

    Spray the crisper plate with oil spray, then place the pockets onto the crisper plate and lightly coat with oil spray.

    Select the Air Fry function, set temperature to 375°F and time to 9 minutes, then tap Start/Pause.

    Flip after 5 minutes and lightly coat the other side with oil spray. You may have to do this in batches.

    Remove when done and serve with blue cheese dressing, carrots, and celery sticks.
