Step 1
Mix the buffalo sauce and melted butter -
Step 2
Add the sauce mixture to the shredded chicken and mozzarella and mix until well combined. -
Step 3
Place one tablespoon of filling into the center of a wonton wrapper. -
Step 4
Brush water on the edge of half the wrapper, then fold over one end to the other to resemble a triangular pocket. Repeat the wetting and folding process with the rest of the wrappers. -
Step 5
Place the pockets onto a parchment-paper-lined plate and freeze for 25 minutes. -
Step 6
Whisk together the eggs and buttermilk. -
Step 7
Stir together the all-purpose flour, salt, ground black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, celery seeds, and dill. -
Step 8
Dip the pockets into the egg wash, then dredge in the flour mixture. -
Step 9
Place the crisper plate into the COSORI Air Fryer basket. -
Step 10
Spray the crisper plate with oil spray, then place the pockets onto the crisper plate and lightly coat with oil spray. -
Step 11
Select the Air Fry function, set temperature to 375°F and time to 9 minutes, then tap Start/Pause. -
Step 12
Flip after 5 minutes and lightly coat the other side with oil spray. You may have to do this in batches. -
Step 13
Remove when done and serve with blue cheese dressing, carrots, and celery sticks.

- ¼ cup buttermilk
- 1½ cups all-purpose flour

- ¼ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon celery seeds
- ½ teaspoon dried dill

- 1 cup blue cheese dressing, for serving
- Celery and carrot sticks, for serving
