Step 1
Mix the old-fashioned oats and all the seeds, except chia seeds, into a bowl until well combined. -
Step 2
Whisk together the rest of the ingredients. -
Step 3
Pour the liquid mixture into the dry oats mixture and mix well. -
Step 4
Remove the crisper plate from the COSORI Air Fryer basket. -
Step 5
Select the Preheat function, adjust temperature to 325°F, then tap Start/Pause. -
Step 6
Place the granola mixture directly into the preheated basket and spread out evenly. -
Step 7
Select the Bake function, adjust temperature to 325°F and time to 15 minutes, then tap Start/Pause. -
Step 8
Stir the granola halfway through cooking. -
Step 9
Remove when done and pour the granola out onto a baking sheet to cool. This will prevent the granola from steaming. Serve when completely cooled.

- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- ½ cup raw pumpkin seeds
- ½ cup raw sunflower seeds
- ½ cup hemp seeds
- ¼ cup flax seeds
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- ⅓ cup avocado oil
- ⅓ cup pure maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons ground flax meal
