Step 1
Combine the garlic butter ingredients in a small bowl and stir to combine. Set aside. -
Step 2
Place the crisper plate into the COSORI Air Fryer basket. -
Step 3
Select the Preheat function, adjust temperature to 450°F, then tap Start/Pause. -
Step 4
Season the steaks on all sides with salt and pepper. -
Step 5
Place the steaks onto the preheated crisper plate. -
Step 6
Select the Broil function, adjust time to 7 minutes, then tap Start/Pause. -
Step 7
Flip the steaks over after 4 minutes of cooking. -
Step 8
Remove the steaks when done and place them onto a cutting board to rest. -
Step 9
Toss the asparagus with salt, pepper, and spray lightly with olive oil spray. -
Step 10
Place the asparagus onto the crisper plate. -
Step 11
Select the Broil function, adjust temperature to 425°F and time to 6 minutes, then tap Start/Pause. -
Step 12
Remove the asparagus when done, tender-crisp, and golden brown. -
Step 13
Top the steaks with the garlic butter and serve with the asparagus.

- 1 garlic clove, minced (for the garlic butter)
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary leaves, minced (for the garlic butter)
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves, minced (for the garlic butter)
- 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, minced (for the garlic butter)
- 2 steaks (Ribeye or NY Strip), 1-inch-thick, rested at room temperature for 20 minutes
- Kosher salt, as desired (for the steak)
- Black pepper, as desired (for the steak)
- 1 pound asparagus spears, ends trimmed
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt (for the asparagus)
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper (for the asparagus)
- Olive oil spray (for the asparagus)
