Whisk the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar together in a medium bowl.
Whisk the milk, eggs, butter, and vanilla bean paste together in a separate medium bowl.
Spray the inner pot of the COSORI Rice Cooker with spray oil, then add the dry ingredients and slowly whisk in the wet ingredients until just combined.
Select Mode, then select Rice: White Rice, Texture: Regular, then press Start.
Place the butter in a large saute pan over medium high heat and let it melt, then stir in the brown sugar and cook until it becomes syrupy. Add the sliced bananas, cinnamon, and salt, and stir them into the brown sugar mixture, cook for 1 more minute, then pour in the rum and bring the mixture to a boil and cook for a final 2 minutes, then remove from the heat.
Remove the pancake when done and invert onto a plate, cut into wedges and serve topped with the bananas foster topping and whipped cream.
