Combine 1½ cups all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt in the bowl of a stand mixer.

Attach the dough hook and mix on low speed for 10 seconds.

Add in the Greek yogurt and mix on medium speed until the dough comes together.

Increase the speed to medium-high, then knead until a smooth and soft dough ball forms.

Coat a table with the remaining flour and turn out the dough ball. Knead in the flour until the dough ball becomes less tacky.

Roll the dough into a 6-inch log and cut to divide it into 4 portions.

Roll each portion out into a 5 to 6-inch log and form a circle by stacking the ends on top of each other. Pinch to seal the ends.

Beat the egg and water until well combined.

Remove the crisper plate from the COSORI Air Fryer basket.

Select the Preheat function, adjust temperature to 450°F, then tap Start/Pause.

Place each bagel onto parchment paper and brush liberally with the egg wash, making sure to coat the inner circle. If you’re using everything bagel seasoning or other toppings, you can add it on top after brushing on the egg mixture.

Use a spatula to lower the bagels with the parchment paper into the preheated air fryer basket.

Select the Bake function, adjust temperature to 350°F and time to 15 minutes, then tap Start/Pause.

Flip the bagels halfway through cooking, remove the parchment paper, and return the basket to the air fryer.

Remove the bagels when done and set on a cooling rack to cool completely before slicing open and serving.
