Step 1
Combine the potato wedges, oil, garlic, smoked paprika, cayenne (if using), dried oregano, grated Parmesan, salt, and pepper in a large bowl and toss to combine.

Place the cooking pot into the base of the COSORI Smart Indoor Grill, followed by the basket.

Step 3
Select the Crisp function, adjust temperature to 380°F and time to 20 minutes, press Shake, then press Start/Pause to preheat.

Place the potato wedges into the preheated basket, then close the lid.

Flip the potato wedges halfway through cooking. The Shake Reminder will let you know when.

Step 6
Remove the potato wedges when done, then serve.
