Step 1
Place the panko breadcrumbs in a resealable plastic bag and use a rolling pin to roll over the breadcrumbs, breaking them up into smaller crumbs. You can alternatively do this in a food processor. the breadcrumbs into a large bowl. -

Add the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika to the breadcrumbs and stir to combine. -
Step 3
Whisk together the eggs and milk in a separate bowl and set aside. -
Step 4
Place the crisper plate into the COSORI Air Fryer basket. -
Step 5
Select the Preheat function and tap Start/Pause. -
Step 6
Dip a chicken tender into the egg mixture, then into the breadcrumb mixture to completely coat. Repeat with the remaining chicken tenders. -
Step 7
Spray both sides of the chicken tenders with olive oil spray. -
Step 8
Place the chicken tenders onto the preheated crisper plate. -
Step 9
Select the Air Fry function, adjust temperature to 400°F and time to 12 minutes, then tap Start/Pause. -
Step 10
Flip the chicken tenders over halfway through cooking. -
Step 11
Remove the chicken tenders when done, crispy, and golden brown. -
Step 12
Toss all the carrot ingredients together in a large bowl, then place the carrots onto the crisper plate. -
Step 13
Select the Air Fry function, adjust time to 14 minutes, then tap Start/Pause. -
Step 14
Remove the carrots when done, golden brown, and tender. -
Step 15
Serve the chicken tenders with the herb-roasted carrots and your favorite dipping sauce on the side.
