Step 1
Set up a large bowl of ice with a second bowl (large enough to fit 4 cups of milk) sitting on top of the ice. -
Step 2
Pour the milk into a saucepan with a candy thermometer attached to the side. Warm the milk over medium-low heat, stirring often, until the thermometer reads 185°F. Remove from the heat and cool the milk down to 110°F by carefully pouring the milk into the bowl sitting over the ice bath. -
Step 3
Whisk the yogurt into the warm milk. -
Step 4
Fill the jars ¾ full with the milk mixture, then carefully place the lids on the jars and tighten them. -
Step 5
Remove the crisper plate from the COSORI Air Fryer basket, then place the jars directly into the basket. -
Step 6
Select the Proof function, adjust temperature to 110°F and time to 9 hours, then tap Start/Pause. -
Step 7
Remove the jars when done and cool to room temperature, then chill in the refrigerator until cold and serve
