Step by Step

Let's cook

  1. Set up a large bowl of ice with a second bowl (large enough to fit 4 cups of milk) sitting on top of the ice.
  2. Pour the milk into a saucepan with a candy thermometer attached to the side. Warm the milk over medium-low heat, stirring often, until the thermometer reads 185°F. Remove from the heat and cool the milk down to 110°F by carefully pouring the milk into the bowl sitting over the ice bath.
  3. Whisk the yogurt into the warm milk.
  4. Fill the jars ¾ full with the milk mixture, then carefully place the lids on the jars and tighten them.
  5. Remove the crisper plate from the COSORI Air Fryer basket, then place the jars directly into the basket.
  6. Select the Proof function, adjust temperature to 110°F and time to 9 hours, then tap Start/Pause.
  7. Remove the jars when done and cool to room temperature, then chill in the refrigerator until cold and serve
