Step 1
Place the crisper plate into the COSORI Air Fryer basket. -
Step 2
Select the Preheat function, adjust temperature to 385°F, then tap Start/Pause. -
Step 3
Spray the drumsticks with olive oil spray, then season with salt, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and black pepper on both sides. -
Step 4
Place the drumsticks onto the preheated crisper plate and squeeze the juice of ½ a lemon over the top. -
Step 5
Select the Air Fry function, adjust time to 18 minutes, then tap Start/Pause. -
Step 6
Remove the drumsticks when done, golden brown, and crispy. -
Step 7
Combine the squash, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning in a bowl. -
Step 8
Place the squash onto the crisper plate. -
Step 9
Select the Air Fry function, adjust time to 8 minutes, then tap Start/Pause. -
Step 10
Remove the squash when crisp-tender and caramelized. -
Step 11
Serve the drumsticks with squash and garnish with fresh parsley.
