Directions

  1. Step 1

    Place the crisper plate into the COSORI Air Fryer basket.
  2. Step 2

    Whisk together the eggs, honey, olive oil and almond extract until well combined.
  3. Step 3

    Add in the almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, kosher salt and ground cinnamon. Stir until no dry spots are visible.
  4. Step 4

    Fold in the diced apples.
  5. Step 5

    Spray the inside of the liners with oil spray, then use a 1-ounce scoop to fill each one with a scoop of batter.
  6. Step 6

    Place the filled muffin liners onto the crisper plate.
  7. Step 7

    Select the Bake function, adjust temperature to 320°F and time to 12 minutes, then press Start/Pause.
  8. Step 8

    Remove the muffins when done, then serve.
