Grain Free Tuna Cat Treats

Step by Step

Let's cook

  1. Drain the canned tuna well and place the drained tuna in a food processor or blender. Set aside. 
  2. Place the egg white in a large mixing bowl. Using a hand mixer, beat the egg white until stiff peaks form. 
  3. Place 2 tablespoons of the whipped egg white in with the tuna. Blend thoroughly until the mixture is a smooth paste.
  4. Remove the tuna paste mixture and gently fold into the remaining whipped egg white.  
  5. Transfer the mixture to a piping bag with a small star nozzle attachment.  
  6. Line the COSORI Food Dehydrator trays with parchment paper.  
  7. Pipe the mixture into small rounds on the parchment paper-lined trays.
  8. Set temperature to145°F and time to 4 hours, then press Start/Stop. 
  9. Remove the treats when done and crispy and crunchy. Cool completely, then serve to your pet.
