Directions

  1. Step 1

    Combine the ground beef, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika in a large bowl. Mix with your hands until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.

    Divide the meat into four equal portions, shape each portion into a ball, then press into a patty.

  3. Step 3

    Press down the center of each patty with your thumb to create a divot.

  4. Step 4

    Remove the crisper plate from the Cosori Smart Air Fryer basket.

  5. Step 5

    Place the beef patties directly into the air fryer basket.

  6. Step 6

    Select the Air Fry function, adjust temperature to 380°F and time to 10 minutes, then press Start/Pause.

    Place a slice of cheese on top of each patty.

  8. Step 8

    Select the Air Fry function, adjust temperature to 390°F and time to 1 minute, then press Start/Pause.

    Remove the burger patties when done.

    Layer several lettuce leaves on top of each other to form 4 lettuce wraps.

    Place each burger patty on top of a lettuce wrap.

    Top the patties with tomato, onion, avocado, and condiments as desired.

    Fold the lettuce wraps over the patties and toppings, then wrap the burgers with parchment paper halfway up the middle to hold the burgers together and serve.
