Step 1
Place the crisper plate into the COSORI Air Fryer basket.

Select the Preheat function, adjust temperature to 390°F, then press Start/Pause.

Place the potatoes, grapeseed oil, and salt in a medium bowl and toss together until the potatoes are evenly coated.

Step 4
Place the potatoes onto the preheated crisper plate.

Step 5
Select the Air Fry function, adjust temperature to 390°F and time to 10 minutes, then press Start/Pause.

Step 6
Remove the potatoes when done, then toss to coat in the chili crisp and top with green onions before serving.

- 1½ pounds Yukon gold potatoes, halved
- 1 tablespoon grapeseed oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1½ tablespoons chili crisp
- 2 green onions, finely sliced, for garnish
